Not that funny people who have sent it to sony came back with 2.80
Well, at least it won't be bricked.
Sony probably knows you bricked it while downgrading anyway..

^ Yeah, the receptionist seemed to not care about whether or not I bricked it, and since I still have 7 months of warranty left it's a free-of-charge swap.
Unfortunately, I think I'll probably get the kiss-of-death combo of a 2.81 system and a TA-082 mobo, but it's still better than what I have now, a system with the usefulness of a brick. Except it's a shiny black brick.
if u send it to sony, u might not get i TA-082, because they send u a refurbeshed one, not a new one. i sent in my bricked psp, and they gave me a non ta-082 2.80 psp.
If I don't get a TA-082 I'll probably still have to wait until someone cracks 2.80 for homebrew :/
