Downgrade to 1.5
Change the GAMES file to GAME (it should be inside the PSP folder)
Place both of the app's files (one with a % and one without) into the GAME folder.
Run the app from the XMB (the menu system)

Upgrade to 2.71. Then downgrade to 1.50 using the Dark_Alex easy downgrader.
The from there, IF you which, you can upgrade to 2.71 SE-B and to 2.71 SE-B''.

Even before I had a PSP, i was already searching the web to make shure what to do when i get one. loool
But if you downgrade from 2.71 you dont get a clean firmware
This may resort to errors later on
just downgrade from 2.00 to 1.50 then get devhook
