CWCHEAT 0.1.6 REV.C for POPS (PSX EMULATOR)

hmm, i wish i knew how to convert the codes. i dont really understand what its saying to do. can someone help me please?

okay i guess this is as close as anyone can come to explaining it. lol here ya go

:Steps for conversion:
1. Get the GS code (i.e. Castlevania SOTN Max Health 80097BA4 270F)

2. take the base code 0x11000000 0x00000000

3. add the last 6 characters of the first code (i.e. 097BA4 ) to the first base code (0x11000000)

4. Add the 4 characters to the last 4 spots on the second base.

5. enjoy!

EDIT:Wow I still don't get it! (Yeah Im that dumb :p)

I started out with this code 80099D90 0000 and in the readme it says to take the first 2 #'s off and add 11, then on the last 4 #'s add 0000. So I end up with this "_C0 Treasures of the Deep Inf Time
_L 0x11099D90 0x00000000" but when I go to "select cheats" there is nothing displayed. I guess I did it right? what is a good sight to find GS or AR codes?
