I can tell you, even with "the tools" you CAN NOT edit a .pmf file. What you could do is put it on your TV (pspto TV adaptor of PS3) then, record it to dvd. (providing you own a DVD recorder) Than convert the .vob to .avi. And then re-edit the .avi to .mps then to .pmf. Hope that helped...
