what i have noticed is that when comparing the DS to the PSP in most cases when they say 'the DS is better' and such, nearly 80% of them have either played a DS and not played a PSP or visa versa ... but most of us have played them both (i think i am correct in saying that) and we can all agree that technically the PSP is better - i have got a DS and i have said before in another DS topic that the thing that puts the DS down is the lack of quality launch games and games that are coming soon, there are the typical ones like the Mario one and soon Metriod and Mario Kart and Zelda and these are the ones to get, but at the moment there is only one game i would actually stop playing my PSP and go to the DS for and that is Mario DS (thats when i buy it that is) ... the PSP in my honest opinion has way too many, too many that i know i will have to wait ages to play it (money problems - /me needs a job) and that is why i think the DS isn't as good as the PSP.
the DS is lucky that the PSP has been delayed, if they were released at the same time as the PSP it would not have stood a chance, its a harsh reality but people will compare them and all they see is the graphics ... it is true - when people think about it "what wud i prefer, a handheld Playstation or a Handheld Nintendo 64 with 2 screens" ? it could be pretty obvious which one they go for ... sorry but it is true.
i am still angry at Nintendo for the awful LameCube - there was only one game that was actually good on it and lived up to the hype and that was the Metal Gear Remake! the Mario Sunshine wasn't as good as i thought it could have been and if Scrabbus is a member of DCForums he'll know what i am like ... but i took a chance with the DS and so far it hasn't payed off ... yet.

People should just agree to disagree :)
Everyone has their own opinion and some people favour one machine over the other. It's hardy the crime of the century to prefer the PSP to the DS, or visa-versa.
Relax.
