I waited ages for a downgrader......every time i thought " oh may as well update for VCS or whatever and a downgrader was released soon after which annoyed me immensely. Then Sunday night i'd just finished a game of world of warcraft and BANG there it was.....20 minutes later i was playing on 3.03 oec. Twas a good day....(goes back to Crash Bandicoot 3)

Yes, i have downgraded a friends PSP, 2.81 - 3.03 - 3.03 HEN - 1.50 - 3.03 OE C, fully successful :)
I just succesfully downgraded my PSP to 1.5 using this. it was extremely easy to use and I highly recommend it
