This is just sad. We have 5 copies of the unpatched GTA:LCS at my Sears and they've been sitting there for almost 6 months...

The guy is a dick plain and simple. Guys if anybody wants a copy of this game that its not patched do what i did. Go to your local blockbusters or video store. Look for the game and rent it. The likelyhood is it will be unpatched because they all buy there games on release or before for rental perposes. Then say you lost it. Pay for the game and voala. Unpatched GTA in your hands for ever. :)
well I just bought LCS today unpatched from gamestation second-hand for £17.95
I have an unpatched LCS, which i used to downgrade my 2.6. I wouldn't sell it, just in case. Since having it, i've lent it to three people who have used it to downgrade.
But if anyones willing to pay that much for it, who knows, i may change my mind :p
