Some people can't get broadband where they live.

You can disable avatars in your user cp to quicken the load times if need be

I can't even remember what my avatar is. I will probably change it to a gif since this was brought up

my first avatar was supposed to be a gif but it didnt work so i just made it the Filipino flag. :D
