True you can't downgrade any PSP later than 3.03, but TA-082's downgrade just fine.

really, now? TA082 psp mobos can be downgraded? i find that hard to believe.

TA mobos now downgrade as easy as any others but you will have quite a wait for a 3.11 TA-082
