Download WinMugen
Extract WinMugen
Download InfinityCat
Extract InfinityCat into the same directory as Mugen (use a clean install unless you want to potentially overwrite your files)
Open notepad and use this exact text, but change the name for each of your characters:
StConv_Win32Release.exe kfm kfm.bin > kfm.log
copy kfm.bin chars\kfm
Save this file as "cnv.bat" (with quotes) and place it in the same folder as InfCat_Win32Release.exe and add "bin = kfm.bin" to the kfm.def file.
Double-click on cnv.bat.
Repeat for all characters in your select.def

Don't worry I didn't either :/ Im thinking of just waiting for ShugenDo to be released since this takes awhile (I honestly got one character to work so far with this method) Though I only tried 2 already :P
But that character is SF3 Ken Masters by Cloudius and his Hadoken kills you in one hit (Which shouldn't happen :P) >_<
