The report button is working just fine, though it only sends emails to the moderators of those forums.
You should see the number of emails I receive in a week:

it was my idea to restrict friend codes.
look at the sticky friend code thread, that I sugested to him. Also check what i did on the undernet, cuz im a adimin there.
