I heard it has English subtitles, and it works on OE.
These are unconfirmed, however. just a rumor.
So don't blame me if you find out it's not.

it comes out on march 1st in the us or around there

i saw it at gamestop.com and it said thats when it was being shipped in to the US

Yeah they released it.

Can't wait to get my hands on this. Apparently there is an English subtitle option within the main menu.......
