neocd is the most playable one as far.

yeah, but although NeoCD in my opinion is one of the better ones, i think its not as great in that u cant have as many games on it; most games are almost 100mb's each :(

Are NeoCD roms the same as the NeoGeo Arcade ones?

Hmm well I like this new version... Of course its the firs tone I tried. I will try the Genesis one next!
