There isn't one right now as a kernel exploit is yet to be found, as far as I know.

There isn't a downgrader for official firmware version 3.11 yet. An exploit is yet to be discovered to make that happen anytime.

As for the dycrypted firmware bit, it just means that the files were extracted from the updater using a PSAR dumper and decrypted under 1.50 or custom firmware conditions. The encrypted form (I think) would normally used with Device Hook, a program that emulates PSP firmware. Other than that, not used for many other purposes (if not at all).

I guesss you guys might say I am a noob, I know where to put the files and everything but do I need any of those special programs to het it to work, I have been getting that same error that many people have gotten. If anybody wants to walk me through it can you IM me through AIM my sn is warherolj, or through yahho IM at [email protected]. I live in the U.S. so its currently 11:20 PM for me.
