Pls help..
generic will not run on the slim w/o eloader or some other trick, since it is using 1.5 kernel calls
I have a slim (3.71m33) and run mapthis without eloader or anything else.
Well... the good news is i got psp290 mapthis working on my PSP Slim, not the generic...

anyone knows where to put the src folder?????
The src (source) folder is for developers, end users don't need it.
to update i just copy the system folder and the eboot.pbp over the old version correct??
firstly I wish to thank Deniska and anyone who contribute on this greatest PSP homebrew application

I got the GPS but no Software on My psp, can you help me get the mapthis software on my psp, so i can begin using it?
Pleeeaaaassse
posts like this are usually ignored, but since you are obviously new... try explaining what your exact problem is (including hardware/software configuration and the steps that you did)
Also it never hurts do do a bit of reading/research before you post, since people tend to run in to the same problems over and over again..
where is the link to mapthis v0.52? cant seem to find the thread/post....

Oh, and don't double post or cross post.

i am using the PSP-290
Hi, I'm having trouble with starting Map This on my Fat PSP 3.90 M33. After startin it gives:
"Could not start USB ACC driver".
I am not to extract USBACC.prx and USBGPS.prx from my PSP as there is no "kn" directory in Flash(0). Instead it has "km" directory. But there are'nt USBACC.prx and USBGPS.prx inside.
Q: there can I get these files for my 3.90M33.

Hi, i'm new to this. Will mapthis work with
a PSP Version 3.82 slim ?
Hi
I am new to PSP, and have just bought Goexplore but if your map this is like the U-tube link it looks better where can I find it?
Hi Deniska,
I'm using the FAT PSP - cfw 3.71-M33 and GPS - PSP-290
I had installed the mapthis 0.52 into the game/371/mapviewer
I can open the mapthis, and I can see the GPS info with satelite info. However, I can't see the myself as the moving object. For example, spead remain at 0.0 and bearing and altitude display as --
Am I missing any step ? Please advise.
I also noticed after MapThis software dead after it run 30mins.
I have to reboot the PSP again in order to get it work.
It's seems not quite stable yet ..
Thanks
Deniska is there any way to convert fbl maps to work in mapthis, and is there any way you can fix it to auto load a map, like if you was going out of missouri to kansas for it to change to the state that you are going into?
As for your first question, no, see also http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Map_Thi...Map_This.21.3F. The same applies for basically any vector based map.
As for your second question, see my signature for a modified Map This! version, which supports automatically switching to the most detailed map for your current location.
ok I got two maps, one of missouri and one of kansas ,and used your mod ver, of mapthis,,,thin I drove from missouri into kansas,,but the map yust whent black after leaving missouri,,never loaded the kansas map,,,,,how do I set the config to get it to work?????or will it??? if I can get it to work, then go!explore can go suck an eggs,,,I'll stick with mapthis ,,,I know it works good enuff for me,
dont need all the bells and wissels,,,the only thing I would like to see put in ,is sound files to say how for to next turn or way point...like ( next turn in 47 miles) or (turn right in two miles) or ( next turn in 200 feet) ...somthing to think about....dam he worked on this for ever and it's dam good,,,so please dont give up on it..............thanks
and all of you that agree with me,,come together and let them know, so more work will be put into it,and well have the BEST AND FREE gps program out there,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Ok I'got it to work ok, but one more thing. is there a way to get just one level on the map without having to ucheck levels,,like I only want level 3 ,not 4,5,6,7 and so on...without the blank maps for those levels. What I want to do is have level 3 for my state maps and 3,2,1, for my city maps. But no blank maps for anything over 3.
Hi can somebody tell my how to put map this! on my psp 5.00m33-3 thanx
Hi I have downloaded the mapthis software and installed on my PSP Phat. i also have a PSP290 gps receiver.
I found the PSP did not pick up the GPS receiver with my copy of GOExplore to i followed the google path to this site and picked up MAPThis.
my problem is I am getting the following message: "The game could not be started. (80020148)" I have tried both versions generic and psp290.
Motherboard is a TA 079/81
Firmware 5.00 M33-6
Can anyone help......
Why are you using MapThis 05.01? The current version is 05.20, search for this version and download it.
