i use discjuggler trial edition which is PERFECT (in my opinion) for Dreamcast Homebrew.
Trial Version records a max of 700MB at lowest speed possible which works better than recording at a super fast speed.

Buning CDI's with Discjuggler is relatively easy. The only thing that I had trouble with at first was making SBI's.
