Where can I download the UPgrade to 3.03??? i need to update so i can downdate.

The EBOOT.PBP file is the updater. What you need to do is create a folder on your memory stick in ms0:\PSP\GAME\ called UPDATE (ms0 is the root of it) on your memory stick and put the file there. Then on your PSP look in memory stick under game and the updater should be there.
Downgraded worked then also upgrading to 3.03 OE-C worked as well. HELLO PS1 GAMES!!!

downgraded from 3.03 safely, i now declare this downgrader safe, now i just gotta wait for the cleanup program theyre gonna make just in case...
if you downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to 3.03 oe-c then you wouldnt need the clean up program =P
