hmm...i even set my kernel to 3.52 and put the 3.xx folder contents in my GAME352 folder but it still give me corrupt data icons...and i have looked at the WIKI page...it has not information regarding the corrupt data icons.

Are you sure you have e.g. the file ms0:/PSP/GAME352/mapviewer/EBOOT.PBP? It's important that the EBOOT.PBP is in a subdirectory of GAME352/.
ahh, damn. i think i figured it out... i didn't have it it like that. I had the files right under the GAME352 folder, didn't make a folder called mapviewer and put all the files in there. Thanks Nieko for your help.
my 290 receiver bought in Japan from yodobashi camera takes

ok i just got my psp-290..and i have 3.9 m33-2..and its a slim...and i press square...i got red bars, but i have three fixes (went to Start>GPS Info) anyway to help me?
your device sees 3 satellites but does not fix on to them.. try giving it more time.. also check the thread which discusses the sensitivity tweaks, etc..Quote:
