I can't upgrade to 3.03 OE-C cause it won't generate a usable dxar file to copy and popstation won't open on my computer. I keep opening it, but it pops up for a milisecond then disappears and nothing happens. Also, is there a site where I can find already PSP friendly PSone games for my PS1P emu? Thanks

Diplomat223, if you are wanting to convert PSX isos to playable EBOOT format, try using IceTea 1.3. You can see a bit more about it here. It's much easier to use than Popstation.

Ah, thanks for that tip of advice, but I already got Popstation.
I found a guide for Popstation for 3.10 OE-A users and it worked perfectly. Only required 2-3 steps and your done.
