It was a genuine video shown at E3. It hasn't been edited. Of course it's just a joke (it should be obvious to their E3 audience that it wouldn't be made for systems so old). That and it's Simpsons, it used to be known for jokes.
If it was only Dreamcast it MIGHT have been something you could belive. But when you add in those other ancient consoles it just ruins it,
