speeding up your computer

i used tune up and it helped a ton. i had done everything on here but download a utility like 5435 times and it wouldnt help at all.

um i only did 2 steps of that, the defrag and the clean up and i didnt do the rest now my computer is worse, if i do the rest now, will it fix it?

lol i dont see how defrag and cleanup could slow it down. but at least do ccleaner, that works wonders by itself
