Also, I'll get you guys your requests as soon as I can. I was kinda hoping for a little more community participation with all the theme making. Either way, I like making themes, so I'll keep 'em comin'. :D

now thats nice
May I ask, why are you not supposed to flash a background which is larger than 150 KBs? If it is 300x170* or whatever resolution was to keep it under 150 KBs, it streches it alot.
Edit: Also, is there a way to make the font color black instead of grey and such?
i wish themepsp didnt lag up when u have more than 15 themes....and it doesnt scroll past the screen....:(

Here is another Final Fantasy theme I made. There may be another like it, but this is what I made for myself and I decided I'd share it. I don't remember which website I got the background from, so sorry to whoever's it is.
Note: Certian homebrew icons tend to show up in an odd fashion, and some just show up as a white square. I don't know if it is like this with all custom themes, but if you know how to fix it tell me please.

You would have to seek out & install (flash) a vsh mod to your PSP. As far as I know there would be no way to actually include different colored fonts to your theme pack. Although, interestingly enough, if you check out the Shadow of Colossus Theme I made (pg 9) The fonts are indeed colored. They even seem to change color by the month. I have absolutley no idea how this happened, but it looks wicked cool. :D Does anyone know how to do this? If so, let us know. :)
Thanks for sharing your Final Fantasy Theme with us. :) I will add it to the list on the front page of this thread. I'll also upload a preview pic for everyone. :)

Yes thats true. But it is a very small inconvienence. Do you really need more than 15 themes backed up at a time? lol. Look, I'm not being sarcastic at all. If you do feel the need to have that many themes on your memory stick, I have two possible suggestions
for you:
1) Edit the tag on the ThemePSP eboot to another name, and keep two ThemePSPs on your ms.
OR
2)Make a folder on the root of your ms called "Themes" (or whatever) and put all the themes you want there. You can use IR Shell to cut & paste them in ThemePSP, and install them anytime!
I hope this helps.:)

Here's another Final Fantasy one I made. It's based on Final Fantasy I.
Background taken from PSPwallpapers.com.

Note: I personally like the wavey lines on all my themes I've used. If you want them, delete the system_plugin_bg.rco file which is in the folder.
hey, i have a question. what exactly those the plugin.rco file do?
Gymnotropic - I'll put up your new theme when I get home from work tonight. :)
Motoko250- the opening_plugin.rco file is the bootsound.
oh ok, thanks :)

that would be great, it will give people more bootsounds sounds to choose from :)
so, its better off upgrading to 2.0 then downgrade back 1.50 when you had a straight 2.60 > 1.50?
yeah, im brickophobic. lol:rolleyes:
You should do it in order to get the best effect.Quote:

gymnotropic- Thank you for sharing your themes with us. :) From now on when you upload them could you please use tinypic.com to upload a screenshot for us? Also, instead of using a file hosting service, could you please just click "go advanced" (next to where you hit the button to put your post up on here) and then hit "manage attachments" to upload your themes? Not trying to be picky. But it would make life a whole lot easier on me.
Oh one more thing...try not to put the folder containing your theme, in another folder before you .rar it. Theme PSP can't read 2 folders deep. It will say it installed the theme, but it won't. This may confuse people. Thanks in advance for your consideration. :)
Man i have so many pics and stuff if i only new how to work this the right way.
I am gonna make a guide for everybody as soon as I get the free time. :)
Hey the boot sounds is there a way to know witch we can post i have lots i mean lots of them. Hope fully a mod will see this and let us know.
i think you should be able to post any bootsound since they don't use anything illegal to make them like the gameboot videos :)
