maybe you posted while he was still typing up his post and linking everything, then he deleted it because it was extraneous and not as well written. Either way, don't really worry about it.Quote:

Are you guys doing anything special to make DGen and snes9xTYL to work, or just booting them up?
what i mean is, can i play GTA like it was normally intended, and STILL have access to homebrew?Quote:

gpSP v0.6 doesn't work, but v0.5 loads the menu. When i try loading a game, it says that there was an error loading it.
Quake works really well.
Hope this helps.
Good work Fanjita and Ditlew. Keep it up!!!
you could with the gta loader, all you had to do was make a backup of your save on the pc, instal eloader then copy your save back, then it would start gta and if you wanted eloader youd just load eloader from the load menuQuote:

By the way, does anyone know how to exit out without removing the battery pack? It seems I can't get out of the game I'm playing without pulling the battery out and rebooting.
What is kernal mode? Can this eloader have it?
no kernel mode yet apparently. it's in the works though if i understand it correctly
Excellent!
No more loading GTA :)
Thank you very much guys!
not exactly Mr Denny...there are a couple of compatability issues at its current satge...lol
you may still have to use the gta version to play homebrew that cannot run on this new one
Well... Does this work for a pre-flashed 2.6?
And if yes...
How do i get it to work?
I tried at first the TIFF only version...
Can I now start games directly from the Memory Card or not? I tried it with Snes9x but it doesn't work...

im kind of disapointed. i never had a taste of homebrew and was excited when this finally came out. however there is still many compatibility issues. but im gonna keep searching.
I got the emulator to run-but non of the ROMS will workQuote:

Great work since I don't plan on downgrading from 2.60 anytime soon, but I hope they fix the compatibility issues soon.
Homebrew not working that used to work with GTA eLoader:
- CPS2 and NeoGeo (MVS) emus run, but cache files won't load up now.
- OpenBor (Beats of Rage emu) loads, but the game won't play after selecting a character.
- DGen 1.30
- GameMusicEmu
I don't mind loading GTA until the new eLoader improves. This is still good stuff though. Keep up the great work!
If you use GTA, can you load ISOs?
No loading ISOs unless you have 1.5. And 1.0, I'd assume. Not that it matters.
This is awesome! I haven't run into any problems yet compared to GTA eLoader, though by the reports of others it's apparent that the problems exist, but this is just great!
No more having to wait for GTA to start up, then going to load the eLoader save. Just go to photos and start it up! This is a HUGE advancement, great for people who don't own GTA and are stuck on 2.x.
I can't find anything about this on the front page. Maybe I'm blind.
i'm running psp v.2.5 with eloader 0.9.7 non gta needed trying to run gba emu tryed psp gba 1.2 and pspvba v.1.2.4 and none seem to be working they all crash when i try to run the game. tryed a bunch of games and nothing has anyone had any luck with this only tried rpg games since thats all i play
Oh, now that I actually try the 0.9.8 eLoader, I haven't managed to get any emulators to work. Still, I've gotten some homebrew like Super Mario War working fine.
I think I'll stay with gta eloader but still nice work!
uh
Wow, wow, wow!!!!!! Awesome, there is hope for my PSP running HomeBrew. I am going to laod this thing now and start to mess around with it.:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
So I have this eloader in my PSP and it runs some great games so far. Last night I was playing Ghouls and Ghosts on the Genesis Emu while riding home on the bus. My PSP dreams have come true, I am a happy clam  :D
Here is my question, will this eloader allow you to be able to play UMD rom files? If so, which UMD emulator should I use? I have like 16 of the PSP "Game Packs" downloaded but don't know which UMD emulator might work with this eloader. Could someone please let me know if this is possible. Many many thanks for the reply.
Long live PSP HomeBrew!!!!!!!
#1 Fanjita is against piracy so no UMD emulators launching of isos etc thru use of the eloader
#2 U're not supposed to talk about isos on this site
so sorry, I am a complete noob. Sorry it won't happen again.
After installing this eloader I open photo>eloader 098 and then my memory stick led stays on steady and nothing happens, I even tried formatting my MS and use the eloader installer and the same thing happens. I am using FW 2.00, btw eloader 097 works fine after using the 96 background
ok, even stranger - 1 out of 10 seems to get it to work, any ideas?
