Pandora Battery - Unbrick & Downgrade any PSP!

ive used it on my old original mobo(had to blow the dust off of it=P)... to tell the truth, my old 1st psp actually displays something after almost a year of dormancy. i cannot express the gratitude that i have to the people responsible for the creation of this:D :cool: THANK YOU SO F***IN MUCH!!!!!!!! :D :cool:

The two folders "Installer" and "Battery" have folders in them that will show up on the PSP. Place them in your GAME or GAME150 folder.

That's exactly what I did.

You have to put the files inside the installer and battery folder to your game forlder.

I just said that's what I did. :|

if you followed my guide a few pages back you would have placed them in PSP\GAME and if you were currently using OE or m33 then change PSP/GAME to use the 1.50 kernal via recovery mode.

What good will it do to have ANYTHING in game150 when the first thing you do (after making your memstick and battery) is to downgrade it to 1.50?

Did you format it with windows explorer before using the mspformat? I don't think a 1GB exists that isn't a PRO Duo so it shouldn't be that. I can only personnaly say it works with an a Sony or SanDisk 256MB or 512MB stick. also you're using USB mode in the PSP when you format it, and not a card reader, right? If your PSP is is drive x:\ then the proper command is "mspformat x"

luxoflux: That has also already been addressed in this thread already. 3.52 m33 isn't kxploited so to use it from 1.50 you have to first run the no-kxploit patch (included with the 3.52 m33 package) BEFORE trying to install 3.52 m33.

How much time did your psp took to do the last step, wich is actually the "unbricking phase" (Extracting special prx's from pbp...)???
Cause I've got one wich is stuck in that state for about 15 minutes or so
