Why release this, (even if pressured) before sony's PSP Slim launch.

I presume Sony can now change the PSP slim batch to avoid pandora.

It was leaked first, and the team didn't want money to be made off of the leaks. Why didn't you just read the readme?....

I've pretty much given up. Every time I try, it gives me "Can't open msipl.bin"

try it on a different computer or try the auto installer.

Specify the full path to the msipl.bin.

@Qmark: It could be because it's Window's 98 - I know Vista at least is incompatible.
