My sig says all of my NES childhood memorys :)
IT is but its also forum and web policies of the site. People agree to go by them when they become members and its only fare to stay withing the rules. Theres many web sites out there that talk about isos use those web sites for that subject if it so important for people to talk about them.Quote:

What I am getting at is most people IMO play these old school roms to bring back memories or to enjoy these awesome games before they are forgotten! If no one ever made any emulators all the older games would have been lost and forgotten ...
Our new generations would never have enjoyed the fruits of many hours of labor making these wonderful coded pieces of art ... mang I am rambling on because I am passionate about keeping the older games alive!
I understand that.Quote:

No one is promoting piracy.Quote:

Not one person has mentioned the whereabouts to get an ISO or ROM in this thread or elsewhere on DCEMU; I fail to see how this site promotes piracy. If anything, it may provoke you to find [illegal] copies of a game, but it isn't promoting piracy, per se.
Piracy is an action on your behalf, not the developers nor the article.

This thread is totally off-topic right now :( So any improvements on Marvel vs Capcom at all? It's really choppy for me on test 4
No no no ... I'm not calling you a hater ... was calling TheSerpentMage a hater due to his comments ...Quote:

This site pushes emulators hard, but then try and take this holier then though stance about how they are so anti piracy. Nintendo is about to sell a lot of thier old titles with the revolution (as well as genesis and tg-16). The line between playing old abandoned games and direct piracy is about to be removed. Many game compilations on the market have already removed that line.
One of 2 things would be nice:
1) stop the smarmy "We are so anti piracy" editorials on the main page news
or
2) be consistent do not support emulators that allow games on the market to be pirated (this is fair since they set this precedent with thier devhook support).

Could care less. This is about the hypocritical editorials that we are subjected to on the front page news.Quote:
