yup, it's by Fanjita and Ditlew so have no worries and just follow the README.txt :)

Yep, just downgraded my buddies 2.01. It was quick and worked on the 1st try with the eloader and a 32mb ms.
i had already used the 2.71 downgrader and I do feel this one is much safer. It was easy and worked real smooth.
