Ta-082 USERES DO NOT UPDATE TO 3.10 IF U HAVE DOWNGRADED UR PSP!!!!!!

Diplomat223, I think I told you before that if the Popstation program isn't in the 3.10 OE-A package, get from the 3.03 OE-C one.

You did give me the link and im thankful for it, but im completly lost. The readme dosen't help me at all. What I need is help installing it to my PSP.
