I am not certain but I have heard word (from a source that isn't too reliable) that Sony has asked Ebay not to allow the sale of PS3s. Whether this means totally or just to European consumers, I don't know.

But also, as I said the source isn't too reliable and could be completely wrong. I don't believe it myself, but haven't had time to try to verify it (since I believe Ebay would have posted it somewhere, if true.)
