2 Things:
1.) WarioLand 4 crashed in level 3
2.) I wouldn't write 'Playable, almost perfect!.' for the Pokémon games since you cannot save (which is pretty bad for an RPG)
Shaman King Soaring Hawk:
Running Slow
Riviera:
Black screen - gotta restart
In summon night, I keep getting a crash at the first arena fight. I can start fighting and even get the guy down about half life and then it crashes, maybe he uses some kind of special attack that causes a problem? anyone else gotten past the arena fight? is it just my copy of the rom?
All Classic Nes titles cause a blue screen
The Ant Bully - loads and appears to be playable to an extent, but has graphic issues
Dr. Soduku - works
Garfield and his nine lives - works
Cars - works
I have quite a few games that others are listing as playable, but when I try loding them I get booted back to the crossbar. Any ideas there?
Sometimes it all depends on what version of the game you have...Quote:

Ok, I have played minish cap and made it past the map thanks to the new release, but yet again it seems a problem has arisen... You cannot cut grass with the sword, or pick it up, because the sprite does not dissapear, instead it acts as though the call to remove it from the map isnt functioning... just an unlimited supply of grass and etc.
So Minish cap,
No cutting with sword,
No picking up grass,
= stuck after map acquire anyway...
Dragonball Z Buu's Fury crashes as soon as you start it o.o
I think it's just you. I've gotten through 6 or 7 arena fights already and around 5 hours in without any problemQuote:

Here's the games I got to work on the psp:
- Wario Ware: works but crashes randomly
- Super Puzzle fighter 2 turbo: It works but sound is choppy, and game kinda half crashes after a match(but if you wait a little, it sudenly springs back to life)
- Tetris Worlds: Works if you're very very patient. It looks like it won't work, but if you wait, it unfreezes. It happens all the time in the main menu, but ingme its perfect
- Colums Crown: Perfect
- Metal Slug Advance: Perfect
- Megaman Zero: Perfect
- Boulder Dash EX: Perfect
- River City Ransom EX: Perfect
- Megaman battle network 5: crashes after menu
- Oddworld: Munch's Oddesy: Works good
- Alien Hominid: Abolutely PERFECT!
- Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper: Works really good, but practically unplayable becasue the Dpad on the psp is too flat and the arrow keys to far apart, so you can't do special moves (well unless your vega, blanka or M.Bison).Has some sound issues
I hope my report was useful to you...
There is only one slight niggle to it and that is you can't exit the game and choose another without resetting the psp. If thats fixed then I'll love this emulator even more!!
Hi everyone,
To face the upcoming questions about what game will work with the new builds of gpSP, i have decided to create a regulary updated list of compatibility.:D
For now, i have tested 300 roms, with gpSP 0.6. These ares roms number 300 to 600 from the well known list of gba roms (actually the last is about number 2200, i think...).
The compatibility list is coming with a system of notation... see by yourself.
Next week will come a new addition of 300 roms (number 1 to 299):D .
Each time a new build of gpSP will be released, i will update the list, trying the previous non-working roms first;) .
Give me your opinion and if there is errors in the list, mail me at [email protected]. Please mail me only for the roms currently in the list, the others will come in the next weeks:cool: .
I must ask to the webmasters to allowed me to upload zip files, that contains of excel version of the list, please... it will be easier.
If you want to use the list and convert it into html for your website, please mail me. Thanks
now just a copy/past to see what information it contains
yes :the game is running
crash :crash with the well known blue screen "sorry but your psp has just crashed"
crash :screen freeze
sound : ooo=perfect ; oo=some scratch noises ; o= gives headaches
game : ooo=perfect ; oo=bugs but playable ; o=bugs and unplayable
frameskip = the configuration for the best gameplay/graphic/sound quality
Size (octet) - number - name Run Sound Game Frameskip commentary
oups html code didn't work:eek:
is there an administrator that show the project as an important post ???

Any chance you might change the Sound or Game columns to use different characters in future versions?
For instance have the Sound use "ooo" and the Game one use "xxx" instead.
I was trying to parse the list a little from a command line and if those were changed it would be a lot easier.
Very good list O.O Helped me alot =D thxQuote:

Can we get that list in plain ol' text?

Unless the list is complete i don't think a text file will be released. Just because if i do, i think the list will be distributed over some website. That isn't the problem for me, but if they are modified, i will be difficult to know what is the updated one, and what game has now the correct information:confused:Quote:

so i prefer to release it with a protected exel file form... until my website is up !:D when it is, a full html version will be there (the list and my homebrew projects in fact). So wait and see ! i will post the adress when needed.
Don't know if this has been reported before or not but here goes. Donkey Kong vs Mario when you get to second world on the mini mario levels they do not reconise the spring and will not jump on it.

what exactly is the bug in fire emblem ive been hearing about? Has anyone tested the (u) version and the (e) version?
I just read all 19 pages and im a little suprised that there's no mention of Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. Anyways... is it working or not? I'll probably know, because I've decided to check myself. The only reason I haven't already is because I didn't want to waste an hour looking for the Bios file. I hope someone comes back to post an answer for the next person with this question.
does anyone have the links to these sights for a noob please!!??
the only site we can give you is www.google.com (or if you feel lucky www.ask.com, lol)
crona, it will not work as none of the gba emulators support 32mb games yet (which kh com is) if it did work almost everyone would have probably posted there problems with it by now anyway, sorry
--Ignore me.. already reported on previous page...
Just wanted to add this to the list, since my experience differs from what is written on the list.
(Maybe needs more testing by others)
1489 - Mario vs. Donkey Kong (U)
Runs fine (didn't need save patch), Toy Marios won't jump on "springs", so the game is only playable to the second world.
Can 1 of u guys make a list of the 100% Playable 1's.
Theres actually a very good list that tells you witch are working and witch arent in this forume dont remember where though just check for it.
Test results from the 0.7 alt version:
Fire Emblem doesn't have that "red" bug anymore, the game is more than playable at 0 frameskip but sound is a bit laggy.
Tales of Phantasia works fairly well (I remember it froze at the start in previous versions), sound is a bit laggy here too.
Sword of Mana still freezes after the name screen.
Test results from the 0.7 (not alt) version:
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Runs perfectly with sound issues.
Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World:
Runs perfectly with sound issues.
Ne 1 know where to get the bios image?
in your own GBA?
AnotherWorld - Still crashes after new game...
SnesAdvance - Works!
zelda bug completely fixed !!! wohoo
Legend of Zelda: Four Swords/ATTTP - The sound is normal now. Game runs a little slow. Hopefully future versions will take care of that.
FFIV is still choppy during mode 7 sequences, but runs everything else fine.
Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo runs a bit faster, but still too slow to play.
Ninja Five-O doesn't run, but I might try another rom dump.
