I agree with V3N0M, adhoc could come way later though but I'm thumbs up for the more compatibility and slim TV out function. This same thing happened to me, except with the 3.52 MM3 firmware. All of my emulators no longer work.
Wel you both above this post need to make sure you do these three things first:
1) Go into the Recovery menu (fully turn off the PSP by holding the on switch up for 5-10 sec. Hold the R button and while doing that, turn on the PSP). Once in recovery menu, make sure you have your kernal settings to 1.5.
2) Also, when in recovery, make sure you have the sony's iso loader (9660) used so you don't need a umd.
3) Have all plugins off, some plugins actually interfere with the loading of the games, especially vsh plugins.
4) Have GAME and GAME 150 folder in PSP folder for things to run more smoothly?
5) Leave a UMD in the PSP?
6) Install the 1.5 kernal add-on if you have 3.71 M33 firmware. Then do option 1 in my steps.

Thanks to da1writer for the donation. If I get halfway ($100) I suppose I'll make up the rest myself towards getting a Slim. Money's a little tight for me right now, but I'd prefer if donations like this don't go to waste.
If I do get a Slim then an initial update would probably be relatively minor, followed by more serious development later. I have to figure out exactly what should be done.

Can't get this emulator to work, been fiddling around with recovery settings, and no matter what, I continually get an error code "80020148".
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Exophase I've had some problems with my car ( 91 FireBird for those intrested ;) ) and have had to use my last couple of checks to have it fixed but next payday I will donate for sure! How much more money do you need? I'll try to get the rest for yeah!
