PSPGBA v1.1 release (Gameboy Advance Emulator for PSP)

Does any kind of Emulator work on a firmware 2.71 PSP? If so, Which ones. REPLY ASAP!!!

IS there any way you can downgrade a firmware 2.71 PSP. If there is TELL ME HOW!!

Can someone tell me how to downgrade my psp?
its v3.71 and I want it to be able to play this...
I cant find a downgrader.
