Right, here is my opinion.

I have compared the image that acn010 has provided and the one from Deviant Art (DA). They are exactly the same pixel for pixel. Sounds fine right? Wrong! acn010 provided a 24 bit colour PNG file where as the DA is a jpeg. The jpeg should be at a lower quality then the PNG given the the different formats but yet it is exactly the same which means that the PNG is a direct copy of the jpeg since they look EXACTLY the same pixel for pixel.

I am calling acn010 out on this one, unless more proof is given I am calling BS.

It does to me, I take plagiarism seriously and more importantly, I don't like being lied to.

yo knnow how many things i changed the file to, and i must says that your right about the file formating, but theres a story to it, while i was doing the background for the game background, i accidentally format it in jpeg file, and suppose to be in photoshop DCS 2.0, on the project, and also i was crying, as you can see, i dont care anymore, why?
its like being a bum on the street, nobody belives you when you actually did something thats revolutionary

your completly right, plagiarism is horrible, but lying about it is even worst :(

I am sorry, but unless you provide the 3D file for the application that this was modelled in or a MUCH higher resoluation image or even the original psd files, anything you say is meaningless.
