I'm going to do a quick google search on how to build a time machine, be back in 5 mins guys with the answer as to what it is. Oh hell while im in the future ill bring back a working 2.8 downgrader, updated devhook and vice city stories for you guys :p

Well in my personal experiance the last couple secret things that popped out weren't all that amazing, at least for me personally. But I still have faith.
I sincerely doubt it's a PSX emu, but maybe...
I'd bet there's a PSX emu over a Saturn emu since saturn is such a pain in the ass to emulate as it is for the PC let alone the PSP.
Sega/Mega CD would be awesome. I'd love to play Shining Force CD on the go.
Dreamcast/Gamecube/PS2/Xbox etc any of the newer or more powerful console you will never see on the PSP, it's just not powerful enough and/or the PC isn't even emulating them very well.

50 fps psx emu with great compatability?
here is what i can safely say its not:
Saturn Emu,
PS2 Emu,
GameCube Emu,
Xbox Emu,
Sega CD and Sega 32x I heard were hard to emulate too.
