Tetris thanks for the theme. :) I'll add all the new ones to the first post by tomorrow. I really don't want to do anything more with this thread until a MOD gives us an answer on whats allowed and whats not. (Ripped gameboots, what it the stipulations on bootsounds?) this is my favorite web site, I don't want to get myself into any hot water here. MODS- if ripped gameboots aren't allowed, than please close this thread!!! Almost all these themes have ripped gameboots, and I don't have the time to remove them. Plus, it would really be pointless to have a theme thread in that case. Maybe someone could start a background thread.
i think as long as the gameboot hasnt been ripped from a UMD, and was created by someone, wether the tools used were legal or not....as long as you are not SELLING them or not claiming that you created them, i think they should be allowed.
I wish a mod would say that. Because I have made some AWESOME custom gameboots.

I SCREWED MY PSP, I USED THEME PSP CREATER AND I MADE A FEW THEMES, AND THERE WAS THIS CERTAIN THEME THAT I MADE THAT HAD MOSTLY A WHITE BACKROUND, NOW THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM WAS THAT THE TEXT ON THE MENU(GAME, VIDEOS,MUSIC,PHOTOS,SETTING) WERE ALL IN WHITE TEXT, AND I COULDN'T REALLY READ THAT WITH MY NEW WHITE BACKROUND, SO I DELETED THOSE FIELDS ON PSPMENU EDIT, THINKING THAT ONLY THE DESCRIPTIONS WOULD DISAPEAR AND ONLY SHOW THE ICONS OF GAME, VIDEO, ETC. NOW WHEN I START MY PSP IT BOOTS UP ALL THE WAY TO MY NEW BACKROUND, WITH NO MENU LOL OOOPS =(, i dun know if that means its bricked but i dun know what to do, plz help XD

Seems like a partial brick do you have any custom firmware installed
well when i bought psp it was originally 2.0, but i downgraded to 1.5 and installed homebrew apps like, themepsp, nes,and so on but thats it

you have a partial brick so you need to put into effect one of the three options you stated unless you still got a warranty.

Try google
u could get it by upgrading ur current firmware with a jap firmware, then copy the boot sound to ur desktop, and downgrade back to ur regular firmware, it should work, unless someone has a better option for u
