Bricking?
Ya sorry if i seem like a big ass noob for asking this but how do i check my motherboard version for my psp? and what is bricking exactly i hear alot about it but i got no idea what it does to the psp or how it happens anyone want to be kind enough to help me out?
-
you can check if you have a ta-082 motherboard here http://www.modchipstore.com/support/...barticleid=164
if you have this motherboard you cant downgrade but if you dont you can
bricking is caused by writing to the nand flash and if it is corrupt eg bad gameboot it will cause a brick which is unusable
-
basically a bricking your psp turns your psp into more or less a shiny brick.

ok thnx fer the help guys...will they ever come up with anything realy worth while for ta-82 and 2.80fw? besides the TIFF? thats actualy good for a few hours/days?
-
Maybe not for ta-082 users and for 2.80 there will be a downgrader someday but not for ta-82 users
-
yeah down to 2.71 then devhook 1.50
then it will be good for a 2.80 ta-082
-
You cant downgrade a 2.80 yet
-
Will god grant us a PSP god? that can make the impossible possible? maby some super coder/hacker will come along and finaly do this for us 2.80 and ta-82 users...
-
There was a downgrader for TA-082 users but it was stopped because someone hacked the creators gmail account
-
WTF??? anybody got it maby give it to some kik ass programer like Dark_Alax or sg57! So they can make a downgrader for 2.80 isers who got a TA-82.
