So by Hard Down to 1.50...you mean this board is 1.50 compatible?
yes it is, theres just a specific way for it to do that though
harddown? how exactly does one harddown their psp?

It would in Ones' opinion refer to a Modchip install, as opposed to a Software v2.00>v1.50 Hack.
But, that's only the way I've read it...

so does this mean if i were to get one of these new PSP's id beable to downgrade soon as i open it or what? im kinda slow on these issues.
carlitx-no, what it means is that it is possibleto downgrade to a 1.50 if a 2.81 ever does get cracked (we'll focus on 3.00 i bet so i would just upgrade to 3.00)
I think that it means that you can install a modchip on it but I'm not really sure. That's just my guess.
