i installed firmware 3.02 o e and then formated my memory stick, now i cant play any homebrew:mad: when i try to it says the game could not be started 8002014c if i try to play a 1.5 eboot or 8002048 if i try to play a 1.0 eboot.
please help i think my psp is stuffed any help would be appreciated:(

[edit] wait i cant, i cant start any eboots, i am totally freaking out!
i believe i heard something about a recovery mode. u access by pressing and holding on of the shoulder buttons on start up and this enters recovery mode.
Turn your psp's kernal to 1.5
i havent tried formating.. in theory it shouldnt cause you to lose homebrew.. all of the stuff is written to flash not to the ms.
did you do a clean install to the new devhook. if not that is your problem right there. So remove all devhook components and install the new ones
Lol..at least yours installed it...I only get a black screen and then my psp shuts off, and know i do not have a brick..I have recovery installed. :D

Is this 3.0oe something like the new 2.71SE? If so what are it's advantages over 2.71SE or 1.5?
The big advantage is the ability to play PS1 games without needing the PSP it was downloaded to.
