The icons look okay but the best bit is the background, very good to see.

sorry no professional experience here but i have about 12 years experience with HTML and about 7 with CSS but very little with PHP. I also have about 5 years experience with DHTML, JScript, VBScript, and JavaScript. Not sure if I can help, but PM me if you have any ?s.
