I picked that because it was nearly one of the first games I ever played and I loved it to bits,I still play it on my psp :D

Ico, such a pure concentrated experience like nothing else before or after.

Some interesting choices so far. I say interesting as nobody has gone for the games that always end up in the 'all time top 10' when magazines/sites/people/etc compile those things (Ocarina of time, Tetris, Super Mario 64, Super Metroid, etc).

Final Fantasy IX is the only one of the above I have played and I remember it as a FFVII -beater up until the last disc which seemed tacked on and ruined the whole game. I can't remember how it actually ended now even though I did finish it and I can remember many of the earlier bits.

My favourite game is Elite on multiple platforms. I originally played it on the ZX Spectrum, and then later the NES but these days the GBA remakes by Quirky are my favourites. I get back into this game at least twice a year and then play it solidly for a week or two, but I still haven't yet managed to become Elite.

I remember playing FFVIII on the ps1,Good memorys :D

My absolute favourite game is The Immortal on Megadrive.
So insanely difficult that when I completed it I felt I had actually achieved something!

Hmm, probably one of the Halo games, Timesplitters FP, or one of the Smash Bros. games (I'm not entirely sure).

UFO Enemy unknown, (X-com), Or settlers.

Sonic 2 with Streets of Rage 2 a close second!
