FlashMod Version 2.0 Preview along with Feature List

its for 1.5 owners who want to play games requiring 2.0 FLASH not update check

im waiting on a way to play megaman x irregular hunter, (i own a jp 1.5)

...... or if you have an I.Q. below 60 grand theft auto w/o updating each time, definately a breakthrough WOOT!

hopefully there will be a list of games that this will work with soon. that way i dont have to keep downgrading and upgrading to play my umds

A month or two ago i would've been pumped about this release but im not now and for one reason only

There are NO GOOD GAMES on the psp that require 2.00 and up now other than GTA and possibly Star Wars Battlefront II.

I dunno. I'm a GTA owner who wants to use PSP OSS or potentially PSIX (which sounds like it won't work on 2.00+).. right now I play GTA more than anything.. but that's mainly because some cool homebrew right now won't work on 2.00 and I'm a bit tired of playing SNES and genesis...

So I'm pretty pumped to be honest. but it's all a matter of perspective.

Either way, definately some effin' great achievements as of late coming out of the coders!!! way to go!

Okay, can someone confirm that this is supposed to make games like Socom & GTA work on 1.5 psp's?, or is this more like the firmware trick presented by sony xteam and the like?

it says in the picture that it doesnt support all games that require 2.0+ :(

really, star wars needs 2.00? i started it fine with 1.50 and fastloader.

Crooked Cross, believe it or not I fully observed this. "This feature does not work on all games that require 2.0+ to play" noted on the screenshot. But my root question is this:

Is this homebrew trying to accomplish decoding the modules in 2.0 code or is it simply a flash mod telling your system what firmware version it is using?

Believe it or not I'm not one of these noobs that gets on and asks the question that was just answered.

Yes SWBF2 works on 1.50 with Fastloader 0.7c.

I'm very excited to see what 2.0 games will work with the next FlashMod updates. If it works, this will be huge for all 1.5 owners and the homebrew scene.
