PSmonkey in PSM!

PSmonkey has made it into this months PSM (Playstation Mag) for his N64 Emulator.

I actualy thought they should have used Iris too (with the halo mod pics). But it is nice to see that they actualy gave you a good review!

From PSM April 2006 Issue 109 Page 11:
PSP 64?
It's going to be a while, but you should probably crack open that dusty box of N64 carts (c'mon, we know you have some) in preparation for Nintendo 64 emulation on PSP. PSP coder and DCEMU.co.uk forum regular PSmonkey (no relation to PS-uppercase-M) is in the early stages of emulating the PSone's rival. Will it be able to do Mario 64 better than Nintendo DS? Only time, and lots of latenight coding, will tell!


If PSM reads this (doubt it) put something in about IRIS!!! its got to be the best Homebrew out there (i actual play it all the time with a Doom marine, waiting for Master cheif :rolleyes: )

Wow, congrats PSmonkey. You'll probably get even more fans than you currently have. If you can ever get on national t.v. or in a public magazine then you know you're big or you will be big. (And no America's funniest videos doesn't count ;) )

bc noone can find it i think they send it to subscribers befor the send it to blockbuster and news stands.

Well not to mention that 3 of us are in canada so it probably has not showed up in canada just yet. It should probably be in next week.

Thanks for telling us and don't worrie about getting a picture. I'll pick it up as soon as i can find one and get it scanned. :D

I got a pic!!!
I went out and bought a dig camera. There is a light on the pic bc i am still learning how to use it but you can see PSmonkey if you look at it. I posted what it says in the first post in this thread.

PSmonkey does deserve this... i mean after all, he did give us the hope of seeing mario 64 on psp!!!:D i am trying to pick up that mag as well... but it still hasent come in.

i would imagine that since he is in the mag now and i am pretty sure some companys do look in these mags, you should be able to get the job you want!!! and get the paycheck you deserve :D

read the manual to learn how to take off the flash. shouldnt be too hard.

Also, if you're going to take a close picture like that turn on macro mode and it will focus up close. Its the picture of the little flower if you're not sure what macro mode is. Every camera has macro mode.

Does sony have permission from nintendo to use screenshots and references like that?

btw, i thought they hated Nintendo, and Home Brew... I thought all they wanted was power and money (but mostly power, unless gaining more power makes them lose too much money)
