PSPVBA Dosnt Work when i put it on my psp. It says Not homebrew
pspvba is the fastest i know of. it still lags pretty bad, but i guess it's playable.

It means he's using the eloader and either he hasn't installed it proply or he doesn't have the eboot in there.
put the pspvba eboot into some folder in psp/game and it will work

Note just get the 1.06 or whichever version this was in regards to the latest version.
