That is the root of your memory stick. It is where MP_ROOT and PSP folders are located.

Did you install it?
You put IRSHELL and IRSHELL in GAME and that one other folder in the root of your emm stick.

Remember, both PSPs have to be 1.5 and have irshell on them.
