anyone else going to Uni this september, and depressed because they will have to leave some really great, close friends behind…?

it certainly feels like the end of the world to me…

i feel like crying!!!

My sister's boyfriend is going to college... they'll miss each other very much. But just think of the awesome times you have in college instead of missing your friends (sex, drugs, etc.). ;)

existentialism has ruined my ability to see the good in anything…!

i wouldn't say im depressed about it, but my sister (22) is moving to korea 4 a year to teach english as a forgin language (i live in canada, so pritty far away). anyway the bright side of this is she said if she sees a neo geo pocket for cheap she said shell buy it for me. (one of her friend previously went and got a neo geo pocket for 5$)

I decided not to go to uni. Waste of time and money. Glad to be finished school though.

hmm, a girl i liked went away to college, i thought about it for a while and just realised she owed me money and i didnt really like her, in a conversation to this end with her i found out that in fact i was the one who owed her money and i left before i was forced to pay up, and thats the story about how i met your mom lol

I just started classes today. Been through the whole depressed thing (that's why i'm only a sophmore, when i graduated hs in 04). I ended up wasting a year of my life because I didn't focus on what I needed to do. On the plus side I spent a year taking fun game design courses, working to make some money, doing drugs, and drinking a whole lot.

Just remember that the best way to make friends is drugs. Lots and lots of drugs.

I'm just kidding kids, although drugs are fun, I'm not reccomending them to y'all

my friend started college (2 weeks ago).. im in highschool

nothing is different... his dad drops him off (LMAO) and he still plays halo every weekend with me

Heh heh. I went to a University t hat focused on engineering, the sciences and technology. There were like 4 girls on campus and all anyone EVER did was poke smot and play Counter Strike and Starcraft. I guess that why I am going to culinairy school. ;)

an easy solution is to not have any friends at all!
