Well iv got a version 2.6 psp i researched and researche eventully got most of the detials to downgrading but then i got a easy full version of the downgrader and im about to get a gta libety city stories un pathced i know i dont have a ta 082 model and everything the question is eloader lol sorry if im being a right idiot but once i have dongraded do i still need eloader? plus how will i put devhook on my psp? what is e loader? and can i also say DCEMU is the BEST!:)
well you could upgrade to 2.71 so you dont have to get gta and downgrade from there. To your question no you wont need eloader anymore.
I f I understood you correctly, you asked if you will still need an eloader(to play homebrew?) after you have downgraded. The answer is NO, assuming you're downgrading to 1.5. Not sure what else you would downgrade to though. Hope this helps.:)

yep on psp-hacks there is it comes with the 1.5 dump

un fortunzntly im in europe uk so that wont work what should i do?
Your PSP region shouldn't matter for the downgrader.
You can install the US version of the firmware on a UK PSP, for instance, and there's no difference or problem.
it doesnt matter which region update you use ther all the same theres no chance of bricking.
one more q do i need the charger in and psp 100%?

If you use Dark Alexes downgrader all you have to do it hook it all up, and click your way through...

alright now you just have to set up the downgrader.
im downgrading and the red screen isnt apperimg
Just keep trying until you get the red screen... and when you get it, leave it alone until the memory stick light stops flashing.
It will come eventually.
So, when you are at 1.5, make sure you upgrade to 2.00 and then downgrade to 1.5 again.
Not doing so is very risky.

Mine was downgraded from 2.6 to 1.5 with the old one, via GTA and eLoader, and no problems whatsoever until now.
