TIFF Pong v0.2 Released!

Robert A. and Percival have just released a new version of the second homebrew game for 2.70-2.80 firmwares (technically compatible with all firmwares 2.0-2.80), TIFF Pong. The update replaces the "multiplayer" aspect of the Pong game with a computer AI, comparable to the AI of GTA Pong (released by Percival and Robert A. back in the early days of the GTA exploit), making the game considerably more fun, and much more addictive. v0.2 also fixes the game exiting issue, and no longer requires a hard reset in order to quit the game. A few stability fixes have also been added, download it and have fun!

New features/fixes in v0.2 include:
- AI for 2.7-2.8 fixed (single player mode).
- Easy exit method fixed (no more hard resets).
- Code optimized and better overall stability.

Note: If you're having trouble getting this to work, try highlighting the 'pong' folder in the 'PHOTO' menu on your memory stick, then press 'Start' to start a slideshow. This seems to be the most reliable method for running it.

when $ony launch PS1 emulator will they make us upgrade our firmware too?

That would be bad since i want those games too along with this TIFF homebrew coming up now..

Of course there going to make you upgrade that's what sony does.

cool, but its still hard to quit and i liked 2 player mode. Maybe u'll put 1 pl and 2 pl mode in next version.

The Ps1 will be homebrewed soon I can sense that :)

Getting on topic however, this really is a very good game for a photo lol, then when Sony stop the Tiff files from working, We will need to start hacking ID3 tags in MP3's lol

it locks my PSP up, sadly. I must be doing something wrong....

you have to press start and start it as a slideshow...every now and then it wont load up and u have to hard restart ur system but keep trying and it works

You should also be able to run it on 2.00 and above... Even through devhook.
