cant use usbafter downgrading 2.71 to 1.5

Please help I cant use the usb function (usb device not recognized) after I downgraded fom 2.01-2.71-1.5
to get back in to the memory card:(

I suggest you try updating to 2.00 and downgrading to 1.50 again

I suggest downgrading to 1.0 then updating to 1.5 :D

most ppl say go to 2.00 back to 1.50....never heard of a 1.0 downgrade suggestion :X hehe but then again what do i know :D

Used GTA to update to 2.0 but still no usb I'll try another lead tomorrow just weird and scary how it just happened after i downgraded.

Ya i have this problem as well, but i dont have a card reader and i cant upgrade or any thing, im basicly screwed. im not very happy at all.

Never happened to me. I use iR Shell to do all my PC to PSP transfers wirelessly anyways.. :P

yea, start using ftpd servers if you have wifi

This has never been a problem for me. Try formatting the MS and doing the 1.5>1.0>1.5 down/upgrade.

Also try changing the port it uses.

Windows is a bitch.

Try using Ubuntu, see if it works that way.

Tried it on my work computer and it recognized it instantly
Tried unistalling usb from device manager and reboot but still no luck will try a norton ghost image maybe

It definetly has to do with windows cause it happend with one of my PSP and the other 3 dont work eather with the usb port. Then again i use IR Shell now.
