Mario 64 Virtual Console

If anyone is interested in helping me look thru mario 64 using a hex, MSG me for an email address. I'm not asking for any ROM trading or anything warez related, only asking for help on what I'm looking for......

Somehow I doubt that Nintendo would have made the virtual game files specific to a console, and hence not hackable through hex editing. Instead, I'll bet that the information about which games you own is stored on the Wii itself.

That is probably why you have to send your Wii in to Nintendo to get repaired if you have a WiiConnect 24 error:

We'll just have to wait until someone gets Linux up and running on the Wii where we can access the internal data...

yep you can use a gc controller for most Vc games

If you mean the original Mario Bros I think it plays good

each vc channel is basically an emu and a rom bundeled togethere and then encrypted per a system so if the encryption were cracked and we become able to make our own channels wii hombrew should flurish. check this website out thoug because it has alot of hex info and other wii hacking stuff. http://mozy.org/wii/ btw does anybody at dcemu know about the vc channel hack to use the webbrowser and access some of the wii functions such as turning off the home button. its pretty good stuff if I do say so myself.
