3.01 -> 1.50 Downgrader!
so does everyone else that upgraded to 3.01. You shouldnt have if now all of a sudden you want to downgrade. Now the best thing to do is wait and don't update if a new firmware come out. Hope that some coder creates a downdater for you firmware or a devhook or an exploit.
except 3.01 will be a tough nut to crack due to the new security prx's.
Next time you won't upgrade so hastily...

Devhook will allow you to run the homebrew games, if a release is brought out for your firmware. But it might take a while, so just wait a while.

He asked for help, ignored it and now wants more help.

I understand making mistakes, we all do it. But asking for help and then not following it up means you will probably come to a sticky end. I feel sorry for him having a 3.01 and all, and hopefully someone will soon be able to help by releasing a downgrader.

This is the newest firmware, it just came out days ago, and you already want a downgrader, get a fu**in hold of yourself, as of now it's impossible, but patience is the key.

3.00 and 3.01 being decrypted doesn't necessarily mean a downgrader is on it's way. 2.80 was decrypted months ago, but is still not downgradeable. With the extra security features in 3.00 and 3.01 I wouldn't expect a downgrader for months if ever. I hope for all the 3.00/1'ers out there it happens, but frankly I wouldn't hold my breath.

i've downloaded the 3.01 EBOOP.P (??) file somthin, and maked a folder in PSP/GAME/ called "UPDATE" and put the file in there, and then turn on my PSP, and it shows like a game, then it happend.
threads like this make me wish goatse was still up, so i could direct people to the great downgrader that was there. ;-)
Did the word UPDATE not ring any alarms? Basically, buddy you are in for a long wait, unless you sell your PSP and by another downgradeable one.
